When we first put the home on the market it had a listing price of $299,900 with 6 showings in 3 weeks and 2 offers. We accepted an offer finally at $282K and the buyer terminated 10 days later. After that we reduced the price to $289,900 and the listing got stale after 80 days.

I pulled the listing and re-listed it myself so that we could start over with days on market. I listed it at $289,900 and had 3 showings in 5 days with no offers. I then contacted you, pulled he home off the market, staged it, took new pictures, and put it back on the market at $289,900. We had 8 showings in 1 week and 2 offers. Both offers went up to the full asking price and I selected the buyer who could close faster. The option period ends tomorrow (it was only 3 days).
