Here are all the details of how simple it is to have your space transformed into the room of your dreams. For a limited time only we will be offering the following One Room Makeover packages:
The “ReDesign With Mine” Package
This is for anyone who already has lots of great pieces you love (furniture and accessories) but aren’t so sure how to utilize the space or to make the most of your own accessories. It includes 2-Hours Maximum ReDesign time for one room and our home staging team will work with all your own furniture and accessories to rearrange and freshen your space to fit your personality and greatest functionality. We can also “shop” other areas of the home for pieces to add to your room makeover if desired. It’s “home staging for living” at a price you can afford!
$350 (2 hour max) Additional time will be billed at an hourly rate. (Must be within a 25 mile radius of the Spring, TX area.)
The “ReDesign DeLuxe” Package
Our ReDesign DeLuxe Package includes 2-Hours of Redesign time for one room with the addition of 3-Hours maximum shopping time for any additional pieces that are desired for the ReDesign. All items are purchased by the homeowner. Shopping is limited to the Spring/North Houston area only for artwork, accessories, or small furniture pieces. Large furniture purchases must be made prior to ReDesign Day.
$600 (5 hour max) Additional time will be billed at an hourly rate. (Must be within a 25 mile radius of the Spring, TX area.)
